Dr. Cassidy Reader is a dedicated dentist and advocate for practice ownership, based in Gilbert, Arizona. From an early age, Cassidy was inspired by his father, the owner of Krank Golf, who instilled in him the values of entrepreneurship and innovation. With a passion for dentistry influenced by his grandfather, Dr. George Blue Spruce, the first American Indian dentist in the United States, Cassidy set his sights on a career that would combine the best of dentistry and entrepreneurship. After graduating from The Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, AZ, Cassidy set out on a mission to empower his fellow dental professionals to overcome the obstacles of practice ownership. With a focus on partnership, Cassidy aims to lower the barriers related to owning a dental practice and provide resources to help aspiring practice owners navigate the journey with confidence. Cassidy believes that ownership can be a rewarding and attainable goal for every dentist. His passion lies in demonstrating that there are pathways to practice ownership that are both low-stress and low-risk, allowing dentists to enjoy a fulfilling career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. He is committed to showing his peers that true freedom—financial and personal—comes from owning a dental practice and that support is available to help them achieve their dreams. With dentistry ingrained in his family history spanning 4 generations, Carter Frank is dedicated to empowering dentists to achieve the success and fulfillment they deserve. Under the mentorship of his father, Dr. Brady Frank, Carter has spent the past 4 years immersing himself in the business side of the industry, gaining experience in private lending, practice acquisition, practice expansion and practice transitions. Driven by a belief that every dentist deserves to thrive, Carter is committed to sharing the insights and strategies that can help dentists nationwide unlock new levels of professional and personal fulfillment. In his free time, Carter enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors, where he finds inspiration and relaxation amidst nature.
